The ZM R380B is a BGA Rework Station ideal for repairing laptop motherboards, desktops, server boards, industrial PC boards, Playstation/XBox gaming machines, telecommunication boards, televisions and other large circuits based on BGA chips.

It has a built-in electric pump, reinforced cables inside the station, ceramic connectors for greater resistance to continuous operation, and ceramic elements made in TAIWAN.

Due to the overall upgraded version, this particular BGA Station model is included in the HIGH PREMIUM models of ZHUOMAO, hence the white/cream color, which is exclusively available on the company's quality models.

The ZM R380B has preheating resistors at the bottom, while at the top there is a hot air nozzle. The two heating sources work independently from 2 separate controllers.

On the side where the motherboard is placed, there is a powerful cooling fan, which can quickly cool the motherboard after repair, so that there are no distortions and other deformities on the PCB.

With the two highly accurate temperature sensors, you always have control over the actual temperatures produced by the ZM R380B and are confident in the smooth process of the reflow/reballing repair you are performing at that moment.

The ZM R380B can be connected to any PC or laptop that has a serial port, and with the program offered by the company, you can have total control of your programs and temperatures with graphs on the large screen of your outdoor unit.

The ZM R380B offers you 2 multi-position rails as accessories where the “V” shaped posts are screwed to support the PCB from sagging or suffering other deformities during its repair.

With the built-in suction cup, located on the machine, you can count on easy and comfortable detachment of BGA chips, as the suction pump maintains continuous operation for as long as you wish!

Any BGA soldering, leaded or lead-free, can be achieved with ease by the ZM R380B!
