You can return a product purchased from www.itsysparts.com online store for the following cases:
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Most of the same terms and conditions as for Greece apply, with a few differences. The differences/points to note are the following:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Voltairou 4 , Athens , 11745, Greece.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- A duty is charged when an order crosses country borders and must be paid by the customer who placed the order.
