The NCP6153 dual output four plus one phase buck solution isoptimized for Intel VR12 compatible CPUs. The controller combinestrue differential voltage sensing, differential inductor DCR currentsensing, input voltage feed−forward, and adaptive voltage positioningto provide accurately regulated power for both Desktop and Notebookapplications. The control system is based on Dual−Edge pulse−widthmodulation (PWM) combined with DCR current sensing providingthe fastest initial response to dynamic load events and reduced systemcost.
