This feature reduces battery charge current whenthe input current limit is reached to avoid overloading theAC adapter when supplying the load and the batterycharger simultaneously. The MAX1908/MAX8724/MAX8765 provide outputs to monitor current drawn fromthe AC adapter (DC input source), battery-charging cur-rent, and the presence of an AC adapter.
